10-Day Clothing Return and Refund Policy

Conditions for Returns:

• The clothing item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
• Returns must be initiated within 10 days of receiving your order.
• Proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt, is required for all returns.

How to Initiate a Return:

2. Pack the clothing item securely in its original packaging, along with any accessories or documentation.
3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method of your choice.

Refund Process:

• Once we receive and inspect your returned clothing item, we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

 

Exclusions:

• Please note that certain items, such as personalized or customized clothing, gift cards, and clearance items, are not eligible for return or refund.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping expenses unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
